Is the First iPhone a Fun Camera?
I found a first generation iPhone (2007) and wondered if it would make for a fun point and shoot camera.
Yes it does!Although it has no zoom, focus, manual exposure, videos, flash, and just 2 Mega Pixels. It feels great to hold in the hand and it's a much friendlier size than the monolithic slab phones we have now. The inability to zoom in made me more aware of framing, and something about the way it handles color is nostalgic for me. The limitations and simplicity actually make for a refreshing experience. The only negative is I can't airdrop the photos to my computer. So getting the photos requires plugging it in and syncing the files. But maybe that's not a bad thing, the slow nature is kind of nice after all. ¯\(ツ)/¯
Here are some photos I took on a day out in Downtown with my friend.

\ One photo isn't from DTLA. If you can you figure out which one it is and send me an email with it attached, I'll send you some free sound effects in return!
